Since its debut in 1975, the Laureato has become an icon of fine watchmaking, celebrated for its instantly recognizable design, in-house movement, and refined finishing. To pay tribute to this timeless symbol of horological excellence, Girard-Perregaux proudly unveils the new Laureato 42 mm, featuring an ancestral savoir-faire, a breathtaking Infinite Grey Grand Feu enamel dial, bearing a refined bluish hue.
At the heart of this new timepiece lies a dial of exceptional depth and brilliance. Crafted in-house in the Sowind Group, to which Girard-Perregaux belongs, the artisanal process for the demanding Grand Feu enamel technique, to which this dial owes its beauty, underscores Girard-Perregaux’s commitment to craftsmanship of the highest order. Entirely designed, produced, assembled and adjusted by Girard-Perregaux, while endowed with traditional and meticulous finishes, the calibre GP01800 is the spearhead of the Manufacture. The see-through case-back reveals the gold oscillating weight decorated with Côtes de Genève.
